Arbitration
Any dispute or difference of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this agreement shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for being conclusively determined by a sole arbitrator who shall be a nominee of the Managing Director. It shall be no ground to object to the appointment of arbitrator/s for reason that the arbitrator/s is/are past or present employee/s of the Company or is connected with the Company in any manner.
Indian Law
The Agreement will be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Indian Law and the courts of Pune shall have jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

The name “SUDARSHAN“ is the registered Trade Mark of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited, Pune, India and Public is hereby cautioned against use of identical or phonetically similar marks which shall constitute an infringement inviting legal action.
