We value our employees the most and we believe in their complete well-being. Hence we have instituted several initiatives and programs that we run to ensure a healthy and happy workforce as part of our mission to work in an exciting and vibrant environment.

Sprituality
Under the guidance of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s teachings in the Art of Living program, Sudarshan employees have been trained in Sudarshan Kriya and weekly Reconnect sessions allow us to ensure we follow the right tecnique. Monthly, we invite trainers from the “Art of Living” program to speak to us at Knowledge Sessions to keep us focused.
Fit Sudarshan
Minithon
The first Minithon was started in 2015 under the title of “Run Sudarshan Run” where 350 employees and their family joined in to celebrate their fitness with a 10k, 5k, 3k runs and a 2k walk. The chief guest for this event was by Shri. Sunilji Tatkare.
Food & Nutrition
The food served in our dining halls has been curated and recommended by professional dieticians and also has some options for Saatvik dietary requirements.
Health Checkups
Regular health check-ups are mandatory for all employees and required of all incoming employees. We conduct regular check-ups and have also tied up with local doctors for the same.
Yoga Classes
Yoga lessons are held weekly at our Pune campus. Soon to be rolled out to the other campuses.

SudaConnect
SudaConnect is our annual communication & recognition program where our global employees are updated on the year’s performance and goals going forward. Through entertaining dances and skits we reinforce our mission, vision and values. Finally we recognise all those who have demonstrated exemplary performances in the past year and those who have been with Sudarshan for long periods of time.

Induction & Onboarding
One immediately gets an idea of the work culture at Sudarshan in our award winning induction & onboarding program NEAR (New Employee Assimilation & Reception). The HR department at Sudarshan has won accolades in reaching these global standards.

Regular Training
We believe in overall development of an individual. It is not just pertaining to his/her specific role, rather the development is planned as per ones career progression within the organization with respect to global standards. Our methodical approach in training helps us identify individual and organization specific needs which are addressed through different forms of learning platforms.
Review & Performance Appraisals
We believe that one of the best ways of keeping ourselves on track is to review our performance periodically. A combination of monthly Balance Scorecard, bi-annual Appreciative Conversations and bi-annual 360 Degree reviews on living the organization values, allow us to positively reinforce our culture and actions.
