Product Compliance

Sudaperm, Sudafast and Sudacolor pigments exhibit high color strength and are alternatives to lead chromates. Generally, they comply with European Guideline for Food Contact AP (89)1, the legislation of toy safety (Toy Safety Directive, 2009/48/EC), Toy safety standard EN 71-3 (2013), BfR based on the analysis of parameters of typical batches.

Sumica generally complies , they comply with food packaging regulations like the European Guideline for Food Contact AP (89)1, Toy safety standard EN 71-3 (2013), FDA, BfR and IS: 9833 (2018) based on the analysis of typical batches.

Sumica pigments are not classified as hazardous for packaging and packaging waste under CONEG and European Directive 94/62/EEC, neither are they classified as special waste.
