This section brings you biographical details of executive and non-executive directors of Sudarshan.
Mr. Pradeep Rathi has completed his MS in Chemical Engineering from MIT, USA and MBA from Columbia University, USA. He was actively involved with Indian Chemical Manufacturers’ Association previously.
Mr. Rathi is a past Chairman of Dyes and Dye Intermediate Sub-Committee and Planning and Development and Exports Sub-Committee. He was also the past president of Rotary Club of Poona.
Mr. Rathi acted as Chairman of the Foreign Trade Sub-Committee of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture.
Mr. Rathi has been associated with Sudarshan for more than four decades and he retired as a Managing Director of the Company in 2018. Mr Rathi also holds Directorship positions in other listed entities.
Mr Rajesh Rathi has completed BE (Mechanical) from MIT, Pune; BSc (Chemical) from Ohio University, USA and MBA from Pittsburgh University, USA. He has been associated with the Company for more than two decades.
Mr Ashish Vij has completed his BE (Chemical) UDCT from Punjab University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner from Uniworld, USA and Breakthrough Management Group India.
He has also completed Strategy Intervention Programme from the Strategy Academy of Mr. Ranjan Das (Strategy Prof. of IIMC). He has been associated with the Company for more than 15 years.
Mrs. Panse has completed MSc, D.B.M. (Diploma in Business Management), Masters in Management Sciences with specialisation in Financial Management from Pune University and MBA with specialisation in Bank Management from Drexel University, USA. She also has a professional qualification C.A.I.I.B. (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers). Mrs. Panse is highly respected and admired in the banking sector for her outstanding contributions and her illustrious career full of many milestone achievements and contributions. She was appointed as Executive Director of Vijaya Bank by the Government of India and later was promoted as Chairperson and Managing Director of Allahabad Bank till she retired in January, 2014. Currently she serves on the Boards of several reputed companies in India.
Mr. Naresh Raisinghani is the CEO and Executive Director of BMGI, India, which is engaged in providing consultancy services to reputed corporate houses. He has completed his Owner / President Management Program from Harvard Business School and his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from University of Mumbai. Mr. Raisinghani is widely regarded as a leading thinker and an expert on Operational Excellence, Innovation and Strategy Deployment.
Mrs. Anu Wakhlu is an industry professional in the field of Human Resource Development. She has over 30 years experience in the field of HRD, Leadership Development, Organizational Change and Coaching across various Industry Segments especially in the Manufacturing Sector in India and Globally.
Mrs. Navandar is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, USA and an Insolvency Professional with post qualification certification on Information System Audit (DISA). She is a partner in M/s. Pravin R. Navandar & Co., Chartered Accountants. Mrs. Navandar has an experience over 30 years in handling audit and corporate consultancy. She is also engaged in formulation of Resolution Plans besides handling other matters under Insolvency.
Ms. Batra is a law graduate, and a fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is also a recipient of Executive Program in Management from Cornell University, USA. She is a Partner of Crawford Bayley & Co., one of the oldest law firms in India. She possesses over 20 years of experience in regulatory and legal practice, specializing in corporate law.
Mr Anuj Rathi holds a Bachelor’s in Science from University of Alabama, USA, a Master’s degree in Business Management from Drexel University, USA, and a Master’s degree in E-Business from Temple University, USA. He has acquired broad experience working globally for over 20 years in strategic planning, marketing, sales and product management roles. He is associated with the Company for more than 15 years in various capacities, including being the Global Head of Cosmetics Division of the Company.
