SudaConnect
SudaConnect is a global platform for all our employees to come together annually. It is the biggest event of Sudarshan that we celebrate with all employees and their families
Gemba Walks
This initiative is to facilitate the connect between leadership team and shop floor employees. All the senior leaders periodically visit the shopfloor to inspect the operations in order to uncover opportunities for improvement and learn new ways to support employees
HR Ninja
A dedicated HR person who serves the allotted group of Sudarshan employees throughout their career journey by being their buddy, coach and confidante. The employees could reach HR Ninja on the toll free numbers and get assistance on any HR/admin/policy related issues
