Inspiring and Successful Leadership Award 2023

The award is instituted by Pragati Leadership to recognize corporate Leaders in India who have motivated high-achieving teams and led their organization towards success in business and social indicators. The nominations were scrutinized by eminent group of independent juries. The award category and eligibility covers across 5 diverse sectors like Manufacturing, IT, Banking, Pharma & Chemicals and FMCG.

The felicitation ceremony was conducted on 13th September 2023 @ 6:30 pm at Hall 205A, Jio World Convention Centre, BKC, Mumbai.

Mr. Vaibhav Dange a Public Policy Expert on Infrastructure, Green Fuels & Sustainable Mobility. Formerly Private Secretary & Advisor to Union Road Transport & Shipping Minister, Govt. of India was the Chief Guest for the event. On behalf of Mr. Rajesh Rathi the award was collected by Mr. Naresh Raisinghani (Independent Director) and Ms. Shivalika Patil (Head – People Practice).
