Shift in Sudarshan GHO Address
We at Sudarshan are glad to inform you that we have been able to monetize our unutilized land situated at 162 Wellesley Road, Pune. The area of 5.76 acres was sold to Birla Estates Private Limited, the real estate arm of the Aditya Birla Group.
This deal was one of the largest in the Pune region and was concluded in a record time of less than three months.
Birla Estate plans to develop a premium residential property at this location. We are happy that the land has been bought by a reputed group and we are confident that it will flourish under them.

This land has been pivotal in the transformation of Sudarshan and many of our technologies and chemistries were first developed there.
The sale of this land has necessitated us to move to an interim co-working office at The Hive, The Mills at RBCC, Behind Sheraton Grand Hotel, Raja Bahadur Mill Rd, Sangamvadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411001. We will be operating here until August 2023 when our new office at Eleven West Panchshil in Baner will be ready.
