Shopfloor Strengthening Program
Building of Self Managed Team (SMT) with cross functional trainings for shopfloor employees. On job competency development initiatives designed and implemented under capability building.


At Sudarshan we believe in safety first and hence employees are being trained on safety parameters and we have special ERT team.
We were able to avoid a fire incidence once, because of the prompt response from in-house ERT team members.

I am working in AZO division for more than 2 years now. R & R initiative under SMT keeps us motivated to perform better and it is a healthy competition among the peers.
I have been rewarded as Best Supervisor and it is one of the proud moments. Such recognitions motivate employees to perform better and better.

I have been assigned to the role of First Aider for ERT at site and we have been trained by professionals on our overall roles and responsibilities.
As a part of my role, I regularly inspect the first aid provisions for HPP division and monitor First aid requirement and awareness.
We have weekly update with leaders to discuss incidents and action plan.

SMT Crew R & R has given everyone a fair chance to perform and get recognized for the best performance.
There is positive competition among team members, either to meet their individual targets or to complete assigned activities in time. In the end credit of my reward is ultimately a departmental success along with my own efforts.
