Sudarshan North America Launched at NPE in Chicago
On June 22nd, 2009, McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois USA, Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited took one more step towards realizing the dream of becoming a truly global color solutions provider.
Using the NPE, the world’s largest plastics trade show exhibition as a backdrop, Mr. Pradeep Rathi and Mr. Rajesh Rathi raised a glass to toast the launch of Sudarshan North America with an inaugural speech given by Professor Das. The launch was well attended with several key customers, regional distributors and colleagues wishing the new company success. The North American operation is headed by David Woolven.
The NPE hosted approximately 42,000 industry participants per day – strong numbers despite difficult economic times.
Sudarshan North America was one of only a handful of pigment manufacturers exhibiting at the show – traffic on the stand was good, with many potential customers dropping by to inquire about the products and services offered. Several ex. pat Indians dropped by – excited to see the Sudarshan brand in America – a testimonial to the brand reputation of Sudarshan in the home market.
