Sudarshan Roha & Mahad Facilities Wins Sword of Honor 2012!
It gives us great pride to share with everyone that the three independent adjudicators of British Safety Council, U.K. have awarded Sword of Honor for effective implementation of Occupational Health & Safety Management systems at our Roha & Mahad manufacturing facilities.
The results were declared on 11th Oct 2012 by British Safety Council. The British Safety Council Sword of Honor represents a pinnacle of achievement in the world of health and safety management. For this, Firstly, an organization must have achieved five stars in the British Safety Council Five Star Health and Safety Audit and must then go on to prove they are among the ‘best of the best’ to independent adjudicators. The 2012 scheme was for the organizations that achieved five stars in the British Safety Council Five Star Health and Safety Audit between 1 August 2011 and 31 July 2012. Our both facilities have been audited in April 2012 & awarded Five Star ratings. We are more delighted, as only Two Indian Companies in Chemical sector have received this honor i.e. Sudarshan Chemicals and Shriram Alkalis. We thank all and especially the core group across all functions that worked relentlessly for one year to establish robust practices related to the Occupational Health & Safety as a part of routine practices.
