From Campus to Corporate

Sudarshan conducts the annual recruitment of Graduate Engineering Trainees (GET), Executive Trainees (ET) and Management Trainees (MT) across the business functions. All the trainees undergo a 'campus to corporate' training, followed by orientation program to get introduced to Sudarshan corporate culture, processes and business functions.

Initial orientation is followed by domain induction and project allocation as per the respective functions. Each trainee has to appear for Quarterly Reviews and Final Presentation based on which he is evaluated for further promotion to managerial roles
