We Are Sudarshan

When I interviewed for Sudarshan 2.5 years back, the major dilemma was whether to accept shift job.

I and my parents were reassured when the HR person explained about workplace safety, transport and other facilities.

As I joined Sudarshan at Roha plant, it became the best decision and I have made my parents proud! Thanks Sudarshan for giving me this opportunity.

When I was hired for shopfloor role, that too in shift duty, I had no idea if I would be able to survive my first job.

At Sudarshan, we were provided with all necessary support, facilities and proper security. As I became part of Sudarshan family, things started falling in place. Every day, I take my role as a challenge and try my best to live up to our Sudarshan values.

Thanks to my parents for believing in me and thanks to Sudarshan for giving me this opportunity which has made me a confident and independent person

Being part of Sudarshan family for past 3 years, I believe that many opportunities are available here for anyone who is willing to learn and grow.

I have been given equal responsibilities and equal treatment like all the male counterpart part working in the civil department. I have successfully completed six projects so far and have always received recognition for my good work.

I am part of the plant where we have all women shopfloor employees. It is a matter of pride to be part of such unique set up.

We were hired for working in shifts but HR person ensured that our family members are aligned and all aware about our safety and security. He personally called to our families which was very reassuring.

We have been always given equal opportunities and respect and encouraged by our SBU Head to work on challenging projects. The training, support and overall culture at Sudarshan has made my journey easy and beautiful.

I started my journey in 1998 when there were no female employees working in MIDC area Roha.

At that time Sudarshan gave me first opportunity at Roha plant. We were total three females working at Roha plant that time. 24 years later, the number has grown to more than 200 females on the shop floor across all shifts!

I feel proud that Sudarshan has created opportunities in various disciplines for educated girls from nearby rural areas. The company has designed various beneficial policies and imparted essential facilities to all their employees.

As a female employee working at Sudarshan, I am proud to be part of the company that truly believes in diversity and inclusiveness at workplace.

I joined Sudarshan in 2020 as an apprentice right after completing my graduation.

Being part of the process department, I am learning different aspects of process design, safety management, etc.

In Sudarshan, I am always encouraged to try different approaches, participate in discussions and learn from mistakes. I am also promoted recently and am thankful to Sudarshan for this opportunity
