We work closely with our suppliers to ensure our raw materials are sourced in a socially and environmentally responsible way. Our sourcing practices are guided by the Responsible Sourcing Policy and the Code of Conduct for Business partners, which includes:
- Supplier assessments at regular intervals.
- Environmental and labor compliance checks as part of the evaluation matrix.
- Training and capacity building.
We have received the ISO 20400:2017 certification for Sustainable Procurement, the global standard for sustainable procurement—ensuring responsible sourcing, effective risk management, and continuous improvement.

Sustainable Mineral Sourcing
Responsible Mineral Sourcing:
We are committed to promoting ethical, responsible, and transparent sourcing practices for minerals such as mica, cobalt, and others.
We require that all materials sourced through our supply chain adhere to internationally recognized responsible sourcing standards, such as those set by the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP).
We are a member of the Responsible Mica Initiative (RMI) and actively contribute to key action groups including Supply Chain Mapping & Workplace Standards, Legal Frameworks, and Communication. Our approach to responsible sourcing is structured and risk-based, with a strong focus on identifying and addressing potential social risks, including child labor, within our supply chain.
